Stokes Project – Superior, CO Patio Cover, Stamped Concrete Patio & Front Landscape Updates
Superior Outdoor Living Project with a Covered Patio and Clean Landscape Finish
The Stokes Project in Superior was designed to improve both the backyard outdoor living space and the front yard curb appeal. FRSR built a covered patio structure over the existing stamped concrete patio, creating a more comfortable and usable backyard area.
The new patio cover gives the space shade, structure, and a finished outdoor room feel. The posts, beams, fascia, and ceiling details were built to tie into the home while keeping the backyard clean and functional.
The covered patio works with the stamped concrete surface to create a strong entertaining area directly off the home. This gives the homeowners a better space for seating, grilling, relaxing, and using the backyard during more of the Colorado season.
FRSR also completed front landscape updates with decorative rock, mulch beds, boulder accents, edging, and plantings. These details cleaned up the front yard and added a more finished look without creating a high-maintenance landscape.
The finished Stokes Project is a great example of how a patio cover, stamped concrete, boulders, rock, mulch, and simple landscape updates can make a home feel more complete from the front yard to the backyard.
