A custom pergola anchors the space and defines the outdoor kitchen area, providing both shade and structure. Beneath it, the built-in kitchen features a Bull outdoor kitchen grill and refrigerator, creating a true extension of the home for cooking, entertaining, and everyday use.

To tie the entire yard together, a new concrete walkway and trash pad were installed, improving flow and usability while maintaining a clean, finished appearance across the property.

ColoradoScape Plantings & Water-Wise Lawn Installation

The landscape portion of the project follows a ColoradoScape approach, using plantings, rock, and layout design that fit Brighton’s climate while reducing long-term water use and maintenance.

Texas Blue drought-tolerant sod was installed to provide a natural lawn option that performs better in Colorado conditions, requiring less water than traditional bluegrass while still delivering a soft, usable yard space.
