Paver Patio, Seatwalls, Fire Feature, and Full Landscape Improvements

The Sanchez Project in Morrison was designed to transform the entire yard into a more usable and finished outdoor living environment. A paver patio built with Basalite smooth combo pavers creates a durable and attractive foundation while improving layout and flow for gathering and everyday use.

Integrated seatwalls add both function and structure, helping define the space while providing built-in seating. A custom gas firepit creates a natural focal point and gathering area, adding warmth and usability for cooler Colorado evenings.

The project also included landscape improvements with new trees, decorative rock, and sprinkler updates to support long-term usability and visual appeal. The result is a Morrison outdoor living project that blends hardscape, fire features, and landscaping into one cohesive and functional space.
