Front Yard ColoradoScape Design with Concrete, Boulders, and Water-Wise Plantings

The O’Rowan Project in Cherry Hills Village focused on creating a clean and polished front yard through full landscape construction, blending hardscape and plant design into one cohesive space. Sand finish colored concrete was installed to provide a refined and durable walkway surface that complements the architecture of the home.

Decorative boulders—part of the overall hardscape design—were used to introduce natural structure and depth, helping define planting areas and create stronger transitions throughout the landscape.

The planting design features ColoradoScape landscaping with water-wise plants selected for seasonal color, texture, and long-term performance. The result is a Cherry Hills front yard that balances curb appeal, efficiency, and durability while reinforcing a clean and intentional outdoor environment.
