Broomfield Outdoor Living Space with Pergola, Stamped Concrete & Fire Pit

The Kim Project in Broomfield was designed to turn the backyard into a more complete outdoor living space with room to relax, entertain, and enjoy the yard throughout the season.

FRSR installed a large stamped concrete patio that creates the main foundation for the backyard. The patio provides a clean, durable surface for seating, entertaining, and everyday outdoor use.

A custom wood pergola was added over the patio to give the space structure, shade, and a stronger outdoor room feel. The natural wood finish adds warmth and helps make the patio feel more inviting.

The project also includes a stone fire pit and seat wall, creating a defined gathering area for evenings outside. These hardscape features help anchor the patio and give the backyard a finished look.

Decorative rock, sod, planting areas, and clean landscape edges were added around the patio to complete the space and keep the yard manageable. The finished project brings together hardscape, shade structure, lawn, and landscape into one cohesive backyard.
