Broomfield Stamped Concrete & Hardscape Project with Lighting, Walls & Landscape Details

The Forest Project in Broomfield was built to create a finished lower-level outdoor living space with better access, more usable patio area, and a cleaner connection from the side yard to the back of the home.

FRSR installed stamped concrete patios and walkways with a natural stone-style pattern. The curved concrete walkways help guide traffic through the side yard while tying into the patio and steps near the home.

The backyard patio area was expanded into a more usable entertaining space with stamped concrete, raised planter walls, and built-in planting areas. These walls help define the patio, add structure, and create space for seasonal color close to the home.

Decorative rock was installed throughout the side yard to reduce maintenance and improve drainage around the home. The rock also gives the narrow side yard a clean finished look while keeping the walkway open and easy to use.

Low-voltage lighting was added along the walkways, steps, planter areas, and key landscape features. This gives the project a finished look at night while improving visibility through the side yard and patio areas.

The project also included sod areas, mulch beds, shrubs, trees, flowers, concrete steps, and clean transitions between rock, lawn, and patio spaces. These details bring the hardscape and landscape together into one complete project.

The finished Forest Project is a strong example of how stamped concrete, hardscape walls, lighting, rock, sod, planting beds, and thoughtful layout can turn a sloped side yard and lower patio into a polished outdoor living space.
