Stamped Concrete Patio & Masonry Seatwall Design

The Deiderich Project in Broomfield was designed as a complete landscape construction project focused on creating a durable and inviting backyard patio space. A stamped concrete patio finished in tile red with medium gray release and a large ashlar slate pattern provides texture, durability, and a more custom finished look.

Brick seatwalls with fauxstone caps—part of the overall hardscape installation—define the patio space while adding built-in seating and structure. These masonry elements help create a more enclosed and functional outdoor living area while adding long-term value.

Natural grass surrounding the patio softens the hardscape and provides a clean transition into the rest of the yard. The combination of decorative concrete, masonry detailing, and lawn creates a balanced backyard that is both functional and visually refined for Colorado living.
