Westminster Paver Patio & Walkway Project Built for Better Backyard Use

The Connelly Project in Westminster focused on turning the backyard into a cleaner, more usable outdoor space with a large paver patio, matching walkways, and custom steps connecting the home to the patio area.

FRSR installed a multi-color paver patio with a natural blend of earth tones. The finished layout gives the backyard a strong outdoor living area while keeping the look warm, clean, and tied into the home.

The project included paver walkways that improve access around the home and through the side yard. These walkways create a clean path between lawn, gate, patio, and garden areas without forcing traffic through wet grass or unfinished soil.

Custom paver steps were built at the rear doors to create a finished transition from the house down to the patio. The steps match the patio material, giving the project a clean, built-in look instead of feeling like a separate add-on.

The patio was designed with enough open space for grilling, seating, entertaining, and everyday use. The paver layout also gives the area a more finished look than a standard concrete slab while adding texture and character to the backyard.

The surrounding grass, mulch areas, fence line, and planting beds help soften the hardscape and keep the space comfortable. The result is a backyard that feels organized, usable, and much easier to enjoy.
