Bruce Project – Broomfield, CO ColoradoScape, Rock, Mulch Beds, Sod, Trees, Shrubs & Boulders
Broomfield ColoradoScape Project with Rock, Sod, Plantings & Clean Bed Lines
The Bruce Project in Broomfield was designed to improve curb appeal while keeping the landscape clean, manageable, and Colorado-ready. The project blends green lawn areas with decorative rock, mulch beds, trees, shrubs, and boulders to create a finished look without overcomplicating the property.
FRSR installed decorative river rock throughout the front and side yard areas to create a durable, low-maintenance groundcover. The rock areas help define the planting beds, reduce exposed soil, and give the home a cleaner finished appearance.
The existing lawn areas were preserved and shaped with clean edging so the grass still provides usable green space while the surrounding rock and planting beds reduce overall maintenance.
Mulch beds were added around trees and key planting zones to create contrast against the rock and lawn. These areas help soften the landscape and give new shrubs and perennials a stronger visual setting.
The project also included new shrubs, boulders, tree-ring details, and clean bed transitions. These details add texture and curb appeal while keeping the layout practical for a Broomfield home.
The finished Bruce Project is a strong example of how ColoradoScape, decorative rock, sod, mulch, boulders, trees, shrubs, and clean edging can work together to create a polished, low-maintenance residential landscape.
