Broomfield Stamped Concrete and ColoradoScape Landscape Installation

The Ball Project in Broomfield was designed as a complete landscape construction project that turned the side yard and backyard into a more usable, finished, and low-maintenance outdoor space. The project combines stamped concrete, decorative rock, a dry creek bed, plantings, trees, and mulch beds into one clean Colorado-ready layout.

FRSR installed a curved stamped concrete walkway to create better access through the side yard and into the backyard. The stamped texture gives the walkway a more custom look than standard gray concrete while still providing a durable surface for everyday use.

A circular stamped concrete patio was added as a destination space within the landscape. This patio creates a clean gathering area while tying into the curved walkway and overall layout of the yard.

Stamped concrete steps were also built at the back entry to connect the home to the new walkway and landscape areas. These steps help the project feel complete and make the transition from the house into the yard more polished.

A decorative dry creek bed with river rock was installed through the center of the landscape to add movement, texture, and a natural Colorado feel. The river rock helps break up the planting areas and gives the yard a more intentional layout.

The landscape was finished with evergreens, trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses, mulch beds, decorative rock, and boulder accents. These plantings add structure, color, privacy, and long-term curb appeal while keeping the overall yard lower maintenance.
