Complete Northglenn Outdoor Living Project Built for Guests, Family & Entertaining

The Air B&B Project in Northglenn was designed as a full landscape construction project with both curb appeal and backyard functionality in mind. The goal was to create a clean, usable outdoor environment with multiple gathering spaces, low-maintenance landscape areas, and unique features that make the property stand out.

The front yard was transformed with a ColoradoScape landscape design using decorative rock, mulch areas, boulders, planting beds, shrubs, grasses, evergreens, and clean bed lines. This created a water-wise front yard with strong curb appeal while reducing the maintenance demands of a traditional lawn.

FRSR installed multiple concrete patio and walkway areas throughout the property to improve access, create strong traffic flow, and give guests several usable outdoor zones. The patios connect the house, swim spa, firepit area, swing feature, playground area, and side yard walkways into one complete layout.

The backyard includes a swim spa area designed as a major focal point for relaxing and entertaining. Concrete patios, steps, railings, and surrounding landscape details help make the spa area feel built-in instead of added later.

A pergola and swing area were added to create a comfortable outdoor destination space. The structure gives the yard a strong visual anchor and creates a place to relax, gather, and enjoy the backyard.

One of the most unique parts of this project is the custom shipwreck playground. This feature gives the property a memorable, family-friendly element and adds character that goes far beyond a standard backyard play area.

The project also included fencing, rock areas, boulders, planting beds, stepper paths, low-voltage lighting, and clean side yard access. These details help bring the full property together and make the space easier to use, maintain, and enjoy.
