Denver Landscape Construction with Walls, Steps, Rock, Decking & Water Feature

The Moore Project in Denver was a full property landscape upgrade with a strong mix of hardscape, landscape, and outdoor living details. The project included front yard retaining walls, decorative rock, boulders, plantings, stamped concrete steps, railings, fencing, backyard lawn, deck areas, and a custom water feature.

FRSR built a long retaining wall along the front of the property to create a clean raised planting area and improve the overall street-facing curb appeal. The wall helps define the front landscape while giving the yard structure, elevation, and a finished edge along the sidewalk.

The front landscape was finished with decorative rock, large boulders, shrubs, grasses, and plantings. This created a lower-maintenance front yard with texture, color, and a clean Colorado-ready look while reducing the need for a traditional front lawn.

Stamped concrete steps were added to improve access from the sidewalk up to the home. The steps, landing, and black metal railing give the entry a finished look while making the slope easier and safer to use.

The project also included black metal fencing and wood fencing to define the property and tie the outdoor spaces together. These fence details help separate the front entry, side yard, and backyard while adding security and structure to the landscape.

In the backyard, FRSR installed deck areas, steps, lighting details, lawn space, and a play area to create a more usable outdoor living space. The deck and lawn provide room for relaxing, entertaining, and family use.

A custom water feature was also built into the backyard landscape with natural stone, boulders, plantings, mulch, and a small pond area. This feature adds sound, movement, and a natural focal point to the outdoor space.

The completed Moore Project is a strong example of how retaining walls, stamped concrete steps, fencing, boulders, rock, plantings, decking, lawn, and water features can work together to create a complete Denver outdoor living project.
