Vanakkeren Project · Erie, Colorado
A Refreshed Patio.
A Backyard Ready to Host.
A stamped overlay, new stamped concrete and a built-in grill island bring this Erie patio together. Large concrete steppers through decorative rock create a defined route from the side gate to the backyard.
From the Side Gate
to the Grill.
The Vanakkeren project in Erie combines a refreshed existing patio with new outdoor living space. A stamped concrete overlay upgrades the original surface, while new stamped concrete adds patio area and creates a coordinated finish around the home.
A built-in outdoor kitchen gives the backyard a dedicated cooking area. The grill island's stone-style veneer brings another texture into the patio layout and makes the kitchen part of the finished space.
Large concrete steppers carry the route through the narrow side yard. Decorative rock finishes the spaces between them, around the AC area and along the patio edges, connecting the gate and backyard with a practical, lower-maintenance path.
