Broomfield Backyard Outdoor Living Project with Stamped Concrete, Fire Pit & Low-Maintenance Landscape

The Frank Project in Broomfield was built as a clean and functional backyard landscape construction project centered around usable patio space, a custom fire pit, low-maintenance rock areas, and simple planting beds.

FRSR installed a large stamped concrete patio that creates a strong outdoor living surface off the back of the home. The patio provides room for seating, entertaining, access around the hot tub area, and a clean connection through the backyard.

A custom stone fire pit was added as the main focal point of the space. The circular fire feature gives the backyard a natural gathering area and works well with the stamped concrete patio layout.

The project also included decorative rock along the fence line and side areas to reduce maintenance while keeping the yard clean and finished. Stepper paths were added through the rock to improve access and create a simple walking route through the landscape.

Planting beds with mulch, shrubs, grasses, and trees were installed to soften the hardscape and add texture around the patio. These details help break up the concrete and rock while giving the backyard a more complete finished look.

The finished Frank Project is a great example of how stamped concrete, a fire pit, decorative rock, planting beds, trees, shrubs, steppers, and clean landscape construction can turn a backyard into a low-maintenance outdoor living space.
