About FRSR

FRSR is a Colorado-built design–build company focused on clean, modern landscape construction and outdoor living. We combine stamped concrete patios, FieldTurf® artificial turf systems, roof covers and pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fire features, retaining walls and water-wise ColoradoScape landscaping into one cohesive plan.

As active members of multiple Chambers of Commerce, we spend the majority of our time in these communities—meeting neighbors, working with HOAs and ARC committees, and building outdoor spaces that feel like a natural extension of each home. Chamber membership keeps us deeply connected to local expectations, guidelines and long-term plans for each city.

How FRSR Partners with Local Chambers

Our Chamber relationships are more than just logos on a website. They give homeowners a direct line to a trusted, established contractor who already understands local neighborhoods, soils, slopes, wind, sun exposure and HOA standards. For many Chamber members, we help:

  • Design stamped concrete patios, walks and outdoor living areas that fit neighborhood aesthetics.
  • Convert high-maintenance lawns to water-wise turf and rock while meeting planting requirements.
  • Plan roof covers, pergolas and outdoor kitchens that match architectural guidelines.
  • Prepare the photos, layouts and notes needed for HOA and ARC submittals.
  • Coordinate projects around busy Colorado schedules and weather windows.

Each Chamber page below highlights how we work specifically in that community and links directly to our local outdoor living examples.

Our Process for Chamber Referrals & Local Homeowners

Whether you find us through your Chamber, a neighbor, or a local event, our process is simple and transparent:

  • 1. Conversation & goals. We start by listening—how you use the space, what frustrates you now, and what you want the yard to do in the future.
  • 2. On-site visit. We meet at your home, look at grades, drainage, sun, wind and access, and rough-in where patios, turf, walls and planting should go.
  • 3. Estimate & phasing. You receive a clear, line-item estimate. If needed, we talk about phasing the project so it fits your budget and timing.
  • 4. HOA / ARC support. When an HOA submittal is required, we can provide photos, layout notes and product details to help your approval go smoothly.
  • 5. Construction & communication. Our crews handle demo, grading, concrete, turf, rock, plants and lighting, with communication throughout the build.

FAQ for Chamber Members & Local Homeowners

Do you help with HOA and ARC approvals in our Chamber communities?

Yes. Many projects in Broomfield, Parker, Erie, Superior and Thornton require ARC or HOA review. We regularly provide photos, layout notes and basic product details to support your submittal so the board can easily understand what’s being built. If your neighborhood has specific rules (front yard plant percentages, fence lines, height limits, etc.), we design with those in mind from the beginning.

Which areas do you serve through your Chamber memberships?

We focus on communities where we are active Chamber members and already working weekly: Broomfield, Erie, Superior, Parker and Thornton, along with nearby neighborhoods across the Denver Metro and Front Range. If you’re slightly outside these areas, reach out and we’ll let you know if we can help or refer you to another trusted contractor.

Can you show us projects you’ve completed near our neighborhood?

In most Chamber communities we have multiple projects nearby—sometimes on the same street. During your consultation we can share photos and, when appropriate, point out local examples of stamped concrete, turf, roof covers, and full outdoor living spaces we’ve completed in your area.

Is there a charge for the initial on-site consultation?

No. The initial on-site visit for Chamber members and local homeowners is complimentary. We use that time to understand your goals, review the site, talk about budget ranges and discuss whether a full design package or a straightforward build estimate makes the most sense.

Do you only take on full backyard projects, or smaller upgrades too?

We handle both. Many Chamber referrals start with a single stamped concrete patio or a turf conversion in a problem area. Others are full front-and-back outdoor living transformations. We’ll be honest about what’s feasible for your space and budget and help you decide how big of a project makes sense right now.

How far out are you typically scheduling projects?

Scheduling changes with season and weather. During your consultation we’ll talk openly about start dates, expected timelines, and how your project fits into our existing schedule. Our goal is to get you a realistic timeline up front so there are no surprises later.
