TeHar Project – Erie, CO Complete Landscape & Property Transformation
Full Landscape Design with Berms, Trees, Rock, Lighting & Structural Elements
The TeHar Project in Erie was designed as a full landscape construction transformation, turning the entire property into a cohesive and functional outdoor environment. Berms were strategically built throughout the yard to create elevation changes, improve visual interest, and provide a more natural flow across the landscape.
Large boulders and retaining walls were incorporated as part of the hardscape installation, adding structure, defining spaces, and supporting grade transitions. These elements anchor the design and create a more finished and intentional layout.
The landscape was completed with sod, decorative rock, mulch, and a wide variety of trees and plantings to create texture, color, and long-term growth. A full sprinkler system supports efficient irrigation, while low voltage lighting enhances visibility and usability into the evening. This type of complete landscape installation results in a fully built-out Erie property designed for long-term Colorado performance.
