Stamped Concrete, ColoradoScape Landscaping, Fencing, and Water Feature Design

The Mondeau Project in Westminster focused on reworking the front yard into a more structured and attractive landscape that balances hardscape, planting design, and water-wise elements. A stamped concrete patio finished in summer beige color with autumn broom release and a flagstone pattern created a warm, inviting hardscape surface that gives the front yard a stronger sense of purpose and a more refined appearance.

Fencing was incorporated to help define the space and add both structure and privacy, while the surrounding ColoradoScape landscape design introduced a cleaner, lower-maintenance planting approach more suited to Colorado’s conditions. By reducing unnecessary lawn emphasis and using better material transitions, the entire front yard feels more intentional and more complete.

A water feature was added to bring movement and sound into the landscape, helping soften the hardscape and create a stronger visual focal point. Together, the concrete patio, fencing, ColoradoScape elements, and water feature transform the property into a polished Westminster front yard that feels more inviting, more functional, and better suited for long-term Colorado living.
