Sanchez Project – Morrison, CO Paver Patio, Seatwalls & Fire Feature
Paver Patio, Seatwalls, Fire Feature, and Full Landscape Improvements
The Sanchez Project in Morrison was designed to transform the entire yard into a cleaner, more usable, and more finished outdoor living environment. A new patio built with Basalite smooth combo pavers creates a durable and attractive hardscape foundation while giving the backyard a more structured layout for gathering, relaxing, and everyday use.
Integrated seatwalls add both function and definition to the space, helping frame the patio while also providing built-in seating for family and guests. A fauxstone gas firepit was added as a natural focal point, bringing warmth, texture, and a comfortable place to gather during cooler Colorado evenings.
Beyond the patio and fire feature, the project also included landscaping improvements with new trees, decorative rock, and sprinkler work to refresh the property and support long-term usability and visual appeal. The result is a Morrison outdoor living project that combines hardscape, fire, and landscape construction into one cohesive space designed for comfort, durability, and Colorado outdoor living.
